Panic! At The Disco frontman breaks ankle onstage!
Panic! At The Disco frontman Brendon Urie broke his ankle during a show last weekend.
The singer sustained the injury during the band’s performance at Pompano Beach, Florida on May 29.
In a fan-shot video, Urie can be seen removing his sock and shoe to reveal a large, round lump on his ankle. Despite his injury, the singer carried on performing with an icepack wrapped around his leg to reduce the swelling.
“My left leg is done for the show, if you don’t mind,” Urie told the crowd. “We’re just going to let it chill out and get drunk. The show will go on if you’ll have us.”
What a trooper.

New Found Glory name new album!
New Found Glory have named their forthcoming album Radiosurgery. The details were revealed during an online chat with the quintet on May 13.

“Radiosurgery is a medical procedure that allows non-invasive treatment of benign and malignant tumours,” explain the band in a post on their official site. “Some have already used our record title as an analogy referring to the state of popular music or songs they hear on the radio. Saying it needs some fixing – or surgery. Music is healing. You can find a song from your favourite band that relates to a tough situation in your life and listening to it helps you. You could say that’s some sort of radiosurgery.”
The band are currently putting the finishing touches to the album with producer Neal Avron, who helmed three of their previous efforts. No release date for the album has been set.
